ALRA members have been hacked, of late: BEWARE!

In the last few days, two or more of our ALRA Brothers have had their computer email addresses stolen and hacked. Immediately, the addresses of both Dave Morby, and Ken Stanley, plus others, were used to send out a bogus email, asking for money after a supposed robbery overseas, either in Scotland, or Spain! I've been in contact with both of these Gentlemen, as well as others, and NONE of them have sent these emails, Folks! Dave and Ken have already taken steps to change their contact info, and as a precaution, we had our computers swept, and updated our virus protection yesterday. Nothing was found in our computers, thankfully. This might be a great time for you to do something likewise, Friends, and have your computers swept and checked out. Note that most of this current hacking wave seemed to come from those with Yahoo addresses, and maybe even the ALRA Yahoo List, as that address was also listed as being a "sender" of the current bogus money request. Dave Morby might have also been the genesis of this current problem, as his zip drive was lost/stolen, and had plenty of such information on it. In any case, please be careful in opening any requests for money, and DO NOT REPLY to any of them!!!
