Need Help with ID, Origin, and approx value Ohio Long Rifle

I have acquired a Long rifle. H. Elwell lock, set triggers….40” .38 bbl (I think)…F.N. Barger on bbl..
I am not interested in keeping as I only collect military weapons but this came in an estate buy..
I do have about 10 photos if you would like to see them...

Where might I go to price evaluate and sell this rifle?
