New Fast Diet!

Post by Foushee1 » Tue Jun 28, 2011 9:42 am

10 days
3 Persons
3 Day's Rations
All day hunting = Guaranteed weight loss

Last month Eve Mullins, Carl Miller, and I (Cal Foreman) spent over a week in the woods. What we didn't expect was snow, and temps never getting out of the 30's till the last few days. Cold temps meant scarce game but I knew this was a great turkey area. So with a little luck and our tight bond with each other we made it through creating even a stronger friendship. I hope you enjoy the photos of our time in the woods.

Good Morning, Cal,

Looks like you had an excellent and productive trip!! Did you score more turkeys, or just the one? I'll bet it didn't last too long, once cooked and ready to eat! Thanks for the photos, and congrats on your successful trip together! Well done. Take care, and God Bless!

Doc Mark

Great adventure, and thanks for sharing it with us! Take care, and God Bless!

Would have been okay, I still would rather eat Grrrrrrrrouse and fish. Just not a big turkey fan. I would not trade their turkeys for the red mountain currants that we were lucky enough to find. That kicks though.

How much ground did you guys cover? I would not trade my horse for pounding ground anyday. Even as much work as they are when you are off of them, when it is time to move man they are worth their weight in gold!!!!! Where abouts did you guys do it? I assume Californication looking at the country, northern eeh?

Good on you 3. I would not go out in the spring and try that. Unless I could fish. This year however the streams are still raging rivers.
No fishing for a nother few weeks.

Congrats
